HI guys! Tonight got home after a CRAZY DAY (and I do mean, CRAZY!!!) and thought I'd do up some "tuna bread pizza"!

SO, I tried to do it from memory and got my ratios all mixed up- but the good news is, I added some cheddar cheese to the mix so, hopefully it'll all work out!

I did: 2 sm cans tuna, 4 eggs, basil, oregano, garlic powder and about 4 ounces old cheddar. Blended until like batter.
Poured over silicone baking sheet. Baked at 350, for about 20min? until it looks "dry". Then, took it out, added grated mozzarella, pepperoni and a few bits of cut up mushroom.

SOOOOO GOOD!!! Gonna' try to attach a photo...
