Thanks for this recipie -- I made them today and expected the worse -- I figured I'd tear them up and they'd taste bad.
They were very easy to make (I didn't tear one) and I like them better than old fashioned high carb french toast. I used some DaVinci sugar free maple syrup and they were very good.
