I'm sure you are more informed on the subject than I 138. The information I cited comes from articles I have read in the past that identified high sugar/high fat/high carb combinations as the culprit, increasing the heart problems in asians as they succumb to an unhealthy western diet. I am sure genetics play a part as well, as you suggest.
