Just a quick note about the carb blockers. I was told by someone that they not only block carbs but also will "pull" out other valuable vitamins and minerals from your body.
I decided not to take the ones that I bought. I decided that it was better to eat well instead of expected a pill to block out the bad stuff I was eating.
