Post journal..........mmmmmmmm

I have never gotten into the journal portion that is offered on this site. Maybe it would help me get going again. I will start reading some other members journals.
The one I have read , a long time ago, had a lot of writing each day. I have never been very wordy.
I have to see if there is spell check there. I am so spoiled by having it.
How many of you journal? Do you do a daily entry or a wkly? Lead me to your sites so I can get the idea. Do you think doing a journal has helped your food program?
The only thing I have to compare it to is the time I spent in OA and the sharing I did there. I loved that and kept my wt down for 5+ yrs. Then OA died in this state. Atkin's is the only other......non medication thing......that has really worked for me.
At this point in my life I have to take certain medications and diet meds are out.
We have our first warm sunny day in a wk. I have shorts on and feel good about wearing them. How nice to feel ok with me.
