I just made some, toasted organic coconut flakes and mixed it in, added walnuts, several tablespoons ground flax seeds, a rounded tablespoon of peanut butter, and a quarter of a pack of cream cheese. Tastes like brownies, this may burn out to be something I have to limit myself with!
