That I don't know.
Also, make sure you're getting enough salt in your diet. Phinney says that low sodium will also cause constipation. Your body can rob the intestines of the water they need. Read that thread in my signature about salt.
This is something I didn't realize until I read Phinney's book, and heard some podcasts. |
