Guess I should have posted what I did yesterday...lol

Mon 2/3
AM cardio 25 mins elliptical...burned 227 cals (This is the first time I have done am cardio in ages!! YEA!)

PM weights: Arms
Hammer Curls 3 sets of 16 20 lbs
Seated curls 3 sets of 12 20 lbs
Tricep overhead 3 sets of 10 20 lbs
Tricep kickbacks 3 sets of 10 15 lbs

And I went to the gym tonight and felt GREAT!
Tues 2/4
PM Cardio 1 hour on the elliptical....burned 716 calories!! High incline!

PM Weights Legs
Leg Ext 60lbsx12, 80x10, 100x8
Hamstring machine 90lbsx12, 105x10, 120x10
Seated Leg Press (felt my gluteus maximus being worked!)
170lbsx10, 180x8, 190x6
