We all know dememtia is in the Type 3 diabetes family. Its food, exercise, get a life, get rest.

And every gene never had a vale very high. 0.1 was a very low effect of the gene, meaning environment caused 90% of the expressed gene. The strongest gene effect was about .35. , or 35%. Environment caused 65%.

Getting the picture?? ( In genetic selection, improving a herd is slow work.) And environment plays a BIG role.

Seems like food is a BIG factor.Along with an endless list of other environmental factors. Food still seems to be the biggest. Choose food wisely.
