Excellent podcast from DietDoctor on The Importance of Protein.. Dr. Ted Naiman is now advising the DietDoctor website how to communicate the changes they envision. "Keto" reached its peak interest about three years ago, as more people understand that added fats are not unlimited. Like Dr. Atkins, Westman, Bernstein, Naiman, eat the fats that come with Whole Foods, do not add extra.
Loved what Adele Hite says in this podcast. Fat is just empty calories nutritionally, like sugar.
