i use "ELITE" no sugar added chocolate bar, you can find it in any supermarket and it have 2.2gr carb for 4 cubes of chocolate wich is much lower then other brands i saw.
its usualy on the "diet" section , same place that they have the sugar substitue...
this chocolate is a great help when i feel like eating chocolate....
