Mayonnaise is made with eggs, which have a small amount of carbs, so any brand that claims "0 g" carbs is rounding down. Depending on where you live, rounding down by 0.5-0.99 g carbs is legal and common on nutrition labels. Just look for (or make) mayo that does not include any type of sugar in the ingredients list.
