Question

Good Morning All,

Wouldn't you know, no work today and here I am wide eyed and bushy tailed early in the morning!

I thought since the winds are so darn high this morning that our plans on travelling to an auction should be cancelled (I can't handle the thought of the gas disappearing from my tank... all for just an auction that I probably won't buy anything from!).

So Wendy decided on taking a duck out of the freezer that she bought on a whim last week. I have never cooked duck and thought it would be a nice change, although I have heard it can be a bit greasey?

Anyway my question on this is, does anyone know of a sauce I can make to go with it? Naturally I was so busy yesterday I didn't have a chance to do any food shopping and of course today all will be closed, so no wine in the house, this sauce will have to be real simple.

Any ideas? Thanks for any replies on this...really appreciate it.
