This was kind of a fail. I got some hard salami yesterday and there was about 2oz left over so I thought I'd line the bottom of a 8 inch pan with it, pour in 3 scrambled eggs and cook kind of slow then cover the other side with the rest of salami slices and then flip it. Flip didn't work so good and there's A LOT of grease in salami haha!

I was thinking it was going to come out like an egg stuff meat pizza, wrong.

put on some iceberg lettuce and dollop of dasiy sour cream. It was just ok. If you like salami maybe it was better than OK. I can take or leave salami
