That looks delicious! I wonder sometimes about sauerkraut though. Most that I've looked at have sugar added. I have the same issue with bacon/sausages a lot of the time too. I refuse to buy/eat anything that lists sugar as an ingredient.
But yeah, I would love to try that. I love a big, delicious breakfast.
