What I don't like about them, is that they put grain fiber in their products as a filler. Corn I believe. I can't eat any type of grains. I have IBS and grains flare it up. So I don't use their products. I think their fat bombs don't have fiber, but they are expensive, and I gain weight from eating fat bombs.
