UBWO (chest, shoulders, triceps, abs)

Dumbbell bench press
Inclined dumbbell flies
Lateral raises
Dumbbell overhead press
Tricep Kickbacks
Overhead tricep extension
Crunches 2 x 20


plus, dog walking
