I have a rebounder sitting in the back room, and I need to start using it more often again. I was all excited when I read about how wonderful they are for helping the lymph glands.
Since I do not have good balance, I bought one from Amazon that has the little hand rails so I can hold on when I am bouncing.
It seems like I am just tired after swimming, but I do want to start back with using the rebounder again. I have my headphones set up so I can just play music, and then gradually build up my strength in my legs.
