Bike ride. 22 degrees F. 5 miles.
Cut it short as my butt is really sore from the shocks of riding across uneven frozen trails on a hardtail bike. I'm learning about mud in the shift mechanism. It can get up in there and freeze into a block that prevents you from shifting. Nasty when you have a big uphill and can't drop into a lower gear.
30 minutes, 147 BPM.
Plus a quick elliptical workout
