D3 is pretty safe from all my readings. 100,000units a day is problematic. Seems like most who take "high" doses get their blood checked. My doc is comletely clueless, and I wonder WHY I have an HMO. I do most of the work. lol
All my immediate family members take 10,000 units from now until end of March, then reduce to 5000.
