Glad that you are already feeling better. I had a real burst of energy within a few days of starting, felt like those ketones were kicking in. Doubt a medication would "hurt" doing LC but the high blood glucose as a side effect in two drugs, and maybe higher insulin, might slow weight loss. A LC diet will help you keep BG low, but you may consider using a glucose meter to check it.
