I've been fighting my thin hair for years - if not my whole life. But with PCOS, my thin hair was falling out like crazy. I take Biotin and wash my hair 3 times a week. As another benefit, I'm not sure if it's from the product or from the weather, but my hair has been smooth & soft. I normally have wavy/curly/kinky hair and with this product, I can blow dry my hair and walk out the door with straight hair. As straight as using a flat iron. It's awesome. I've gotten many compliments on my hair lately. Even one from my mom and that's saying something!! lol
