Default ~Mis' Journey to Better Health~

Ok, I was alittle reluctant to start a gym log but I'm finally doing it. I want to keep track here vs in my journal to hold myself accountable. I don't know about having all of the links at the bottom of my posts but oh well.

Today:
5 minute treadmill warm up
Weight training (arms & legs) 25 mins
Stability ball 5 mins
Push ups 2 sets 10 reps & sit ups 25
Stretching 5 mins

Ok, I feel better about posting that, lets see if I can be consistent about working out.
