I am doing a mega-all-over workout today!
(...to make up for my major slackage last week )
warmup: 10 min aerobic dancing
delt raises (side 3 sets of 10
bicep curls: 3 sets of 12-ish
rear delt raises: 3 sets of 10
wrist curls: 3 sets of 10
oblique raises: 3 sets of 12 or so
lunges: 3 sets of 8-10
calf raises: 3 sets of 9-10
reverse calf raises: 3 sets of 10
cool-down: 10 min stretching
