Here is what I was trying to remember:

I won't mention the obvious -- Dr Atkins books on low carbing but I will mention his other books. Many people are surprised to find out that Dr Atkins was as adamant about taking supplements as he was about consuming a low carb diet. BTW, if you don't want to pay the $10 per book, look in the top right corner for used. You often can get the books for $1 plus shipping.

One of his first books outside low carbing was

Dr. Atkins Vita Nutrient Solution. ISBN 0-684-84488-5. Excellent book but getting a little bit dated. This is one of the things I will miss most about Dr Atkins -- he won't get to update this book. The way that his "posse" has gone so politically correct -- I don't want their updates.

One of Dr Atkins last great books is Dr Atkins Age Defying Diet ISBN 0-312-97701-8. This book should be required reading.
