Here's two more "porridge" recipes
Cream of Flax Cereal

1 cup unsweetened coconut meat
1 1/2 cups oat bran
3/4 cup wheat germ
1 1/2 cups whey powder
1 1/2 cups flax seed -- ground
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in airtight container.
Mix 1/4 cup with boiling hot water to make breakfast cereal.
Add cinnamon or other flavouring if you wish.
