My question is Exercise. Does anyone increase exercise when stalled to get it moving again. I mean, my issue is hormonal plus age so my loss is slower. Low carb is really the only healthy thing that worked for me. I seem to be able to lose a lb per week if I walk at least 30 mins 6 days per week I also am using weights again to build up my muscle.
