I've been participating, just in case it might add some "scientific" credibility to low carb. I just finished charting 3 days of food intake for the study. It really does make me question how accurate or honest people are when filling it out. Since I track my food on Cronometer most days and I eat pretty simple fare it is pretty easy for me to fill it out but I wonder about other people. I think I identified my diet as low carb high protein.
