Cheese Puffs are great. You have to use Real American Cheese. It can't be fake anything. I use Kraft Deluxe or American Cheese from Schwanns. Take two pieces of the cheese place it on parchment paper and microwave for 50 seconds. Peel it off the paper and use it as bread. Add the filling of your choice. They are really good.

It might take a couple of times to get it right since microwaves can be different.
