I am sure we do not know everything we need to know about micronutrients, especially in a low carb diet, so I figure a few veggies to provide the nutrients not abundant in meats and fish is a good idea. Clearly there is no one perfect diet for everyone on the planet. We just have to do the best we can with the knowledge we have and not get too attached to our particular view of things for surely we are all wrong about somethings.
