My mom found a list of organic and paleo friendly farmers in our state, but each would be a drive. All were meat related though, I bet veggies are easier to come by.

I have this nagging concern about the corn starch in Nature Made products, but after some research I see that it's being used as a carrier for other nutrients by many companies now. I wonder what impact that would have on blood sugar if any. My ignorance is really holding me back on this one, all I can find is positive pharmaceutical uses for corn starch, but my LC training is saying, "RUN AWAY!".

At the very least though (and also because my wife works at Kroger) I think I'm convinced far enough to test drive a pack of these and the Fish Oil + Omega 3 for a month and see how it goes.
