Sigrid's Natural Foods is presenting a low carb event on Feb 21 all day from 9:30am to 5:00pm at their store at the corner of Bath and Days Rds, it's a strip mall there is a Reid's Dairy, Scandesign, J&J Cycle shop and a Newstand to name a few for recognitions sake. A registered nutritional consultant will offer lc counselling, there will be fee sampling of lc foods and shakes. Discounts, door prizes and give aways, as well as free body fat testing.

It sounds like a great idea for anyone new or established to the lc life. I've not been so devoted to it lately, I've been trying a few other things, like portion control etc, but I'd be eager to see what Sigrids has to offer.
