i thawed out a s/b chix breast, this morning.
not sure what I'll do with it.. maybe scallopini it and cook up with a sauce.
i went to the meat market and got a little bit of meat.
about 3-4 lbs of ground chuck, which i'm getting ready to portion and freeze.
i also got a picanha roast.
this will be my meat for the next several days..
i haven't had cheeseburgers in awhile.. i've been out of ground beef
and i had a visitor.
just restocked and looking forward to all kinds of burgers, in my future.
i love a cheese burger with caramelized onions.
i'm here. just busy.
and.. last night i socialized so it wasn't a carnivore day.
