I'm suffering badly from hot flashes too, Meintc. I can't particularly associate them with this way-of-eating, although they certainly have gotten worse since I began seriously low-carbing, because I just happened to start Tamoxifen at the very same time. I wake up and am boiling, throw the covers off, and as I cool down my skin starts to hurt. Awful. The idea did occur to me that there might be an association with fat-burning. I wish it were so.
