Thanks for the info one the new gelatin product.
I don't know if I'll have enough use for it though, but will keep it in mind.
I already use the regular, kosher in soups, yogurt making and dessert type things and I use it in smoothies that are blended anyway so no lumps.
Peat does say that gelatin is better absorbed if heated but I don't know if that is just an opinion..
