Hello Tamarian, Thanks for being so prompt. The article was wonderful. I knew my friend was very wrong. I just have problems with friends sabotaging (spell) my efforts to change my way of eating while they and my husband also, will not read the articles I give them to read. They also do not listen to my explanations......Can't change husbands. (I like most things about him very much and I love the man!) My friend has dieted all of her life and is the lightest I have seen her. She is special to me and I think I will do all I can to preserve our relationship.
