BTW, I lost mucho weight in the past and kept it off with low carb but finally regained much of it last year and kept having false starts on resuming my low carb woe. I came here a couple of weeks ago and have learned so much! I thought I knew it all, really! I've lost ten pounds, feel much better, have the appetite under control, and am finding the tools and information here to really make this work for me where I was failing on my own.
