It is a long way! I was kind of surprised when I looked at my Runkeeper map at the end. But it's so much fun with good music and beautiful weather. And the Zombies Run app is just the icing on the cake. Yesterday I did 5K on the treadmill, and I thought I was going to keel over in the middle. I was so hot. The training room in my gym doesn't have A/C, so I think it's probably time for me to move more runs outside.
