Good to see some discussion of Carnivore. It does seem strange that we can push aside all of the foods we have been told to eat and still feel our bodies what they need. Sometimes I crave beef! What does that mean? I have been trying to watch as much online on Carnivore ways of eating as I have time for. Fascinating. Not for all but there is a place for it, I think.
