No problem. I did that for a few years when I was on the first journey down to goal. Maybe that's why I'm back here. I've got to rekindle that old LCHF magic.

Great job cracking through the 200 pound barrier. This will surely make your summer fun much more enjoyable. I look forward to seeing more photos of you in action.

I have not been that low since January 2017. I have my sights set on getting there again by the summer of 2021. I know that if I pushed really hard I could do it much faster. That's what I did the first time around to lose the last 20 or 30 pounds. This time I want to find a more sustainable approach. I figure that it would be best for me to find consistency losing slowly over the long haul (1 to 3 pounds per month). That way I will already be doing my "maintenance" diet when I get there. We'll see how it goes. I'm liking my current diet tweak. I'm eating less with ease again. I feel like I can get something accomplished.
