The one and only ...The P:E Diet by Dr Naiman.
The $20 Kindle version works well on my iPad...has theory, foods, exercise, everything.

For only Weight Loss, Dr Naiman added a little website that focuses on lowering the energy, so using leaner cuts of meat, more fish etc.
This also has enough about the foods to eat for weight loss.
