thanks for the post, Karen! IMO, this is one of the LC must reads after you've read your plan's book. Rosedale (here on this site under articles), too. Then read PP or PPLP and Bernstein (even if those aren't your plan)...then Adiposity 101. lol--and I could list many more including ones (like Erasmus) I haven't yet read!
