Working my way up to 25 MINUTES 2.5 MILES THIS WEEK!
I went to the gym last night and did legs, I also did the
elliptical for 12 minutes. I was so tired. I don't know how
far I went, I will get back on the treadmill tonight. My week ends
today and since I was sick I am still at 25 minutes 2.5 miles for
the next week.

Thursday: Sick
Friday: 1 mile, 20:00 minutes, 192 calories, 60 fat calories (outside)
Saturday: Sick
Sunday: Sick
Monday: .50 mile, 10 minutes, 100 calories / Arms: Shoulders up (25 pounds) Pull Downs (60 pounds) 3 sets of 12 each / Back: Pull backs 2 types (35 pounds) 3 sets of 12 each
Tuesday: 500 strides (elliptical) 12 minutes, 127 calories / Legs: Curls (front and back) 75 pounds, Aductor 90 pounds, Abductor 100 pounds (3 sets of 12 each), Squats 60 pounds (1 set of 10, 2 sets of 5)
