December was a tad bit better than November. Kelsey's return from college has helped me get back in the groove with going back to the Y. The Y closing the track for 3 weeks in late October messed with my routine. It is amazing how easy it is to fall out of a good habit. May January 2020 be a fresh start. I've worked upper body strength training into my regimen again. The plan is to continue this 3 days a week throughout the new year.

I'll need to work in longer jogs as well. My next 10K is coming up March 28. Kel has been working out hard all year. She really wants to beat me this time. As it stands now - Dad 4, Kel 0. I haven't been working as hard as I did last year. Weight creep was a real problem the past few months, too. So if I don't get serious fast, then she is going to kick my butt. I do need to work harder. I will. But I will be A-OK with Kel crossing the line first this year. I just want to keep it respectable.
