Jscwab, I feel you. I spent most of May bouncing around the same three lbs. I thought I'd broken through when I won the last challenge and the next day it was all back and I spent the next 10 days trying to get rid of it again. I just kept reminding myself that I was doing everything right and that eventually would something would have to give. After a few illogical moves things started shifting again, but it gave me the mentals for a while for sure.
