Thanks for you note. I appreciate the time you took to encourage me and tell me about your brother's situation. I had actually read some of your story and it was a blessing to me to see what you have done.

Ultimately, I'm glad I did the surgery. But I wish that I would have had the discipline to simply change my WOE. It would have been better in the long run. Though, I can eat more than I first could after surgery, I eat way less than pre-surgery. So, maybe that is a good thing!
