I made this yesterday for the first time (though I've had the recipe bookmarked for ages). I was experimenting with LC Hot Cross buns, and added in spices, orange zest, and a few chopped dried cranberries. The bread itself was very satisfying and breadlike; the cranberries were lovely (don't eat much dried fruit anymore), but I under estimated the spices. They seem to disappear into the almond flour/psyllium, so I've made a note for next time. The buns themselves were very easy to make, and even my DH (not LC) thought they were nice.
