Doing great!!! To get more weight off I had to start 'high fatting' - recording my eating every day and sticking to about 20 carbs + eating 80% fat. Well it worked, I have slowly lost nearly 2 stone and then stalled so have been having a break for the last 2 months (eating at 50 carbs a day). No weight loss though but also no gain. So am getting back on that horse this weekend - also must say since high fatting, my blood glucose, overall cholesterol and lipids, liver enzymes have all significantly improved. I ended up enjoying what I was eating - needed a break for a bit more variety and am hoping, my body's metabolism will have adjusted and I can pick up where I left off.

Stick with it - I had the same thing happen - LoCarb is slower the second time around. But I have lost a lot more than my sister (who is way more active than me) and kept it off - she did CSIRO for 6 months. She lost 10lbs and has put 4 back on!
