Thanks for the concern kevinpa, but i am on the South beach Diet, and beans are permitted. Kidney beans included. 
BTW, I used a 19oz can, which is 71.28 g carbs and 41.04 g fiber = 30.24 effective carbs...ten servings in my casserole means that there is an extra 3.024 effective carbs per serving. Sounds fairly low to me  |
