The Source Naturals Magnesium Malate tablets contain, in three tablets:

Magnesium malate, 425 mg.
Malic acid as magnesium malate and malic acid, 2.5 g.

I take 2 tablets in the early A. M., and 2 at noon.

In the evening, I take a chelated magnesium: elemental glycinate and lysinate, 800 mg. I may switch brands on this one.
